Maison Leon is a concept by Chef David Liu showcasing Asian style cuisine in a New York City style. Named after his son and what he would cook at home, this concept highlights food that combines his Chinese roots with his background of training in French kitchens and growing up in New York City.  He combines his love of Guangdong cuisine with his fondness of everyday New York City staples along with his adoration of French techniques. He warmly welcomes you in to his “home” to experience food that he enjoys and hopes you do as well.
